What are the flowers made out of?

The flowers are created with top quality New Zealand sourced clay including brands such as Macs Mud, Laguna & Primo. Depending on the piece yours could be made from stoneware, porcelain, black or speckled clays.

Are they suitable for outdoors?

Yes, they suitable for indoors and outdoors. Once clay has been through it’s first firing (bisque) it will not turn to mud again. Once it is then glazed and fired a second time they can be placed in wet areas including outside.

Can they be hung on the wall?

Yes the majority of my flowers either have a back or a hole suitable for wall hanging. For some a picture hook will work but I recommend for the large heavy pieces they are secured with a screw. There are a few pieces that don’t have a back or hole but you will see that in the product description.

Can they be shipped?

Yes, they can be packaged and posted at additional cost. Usually around $25 for around New Zealand and prices available for global shipping on request. Many pieces have successfully landed at their new homes in Australia, Europe and all around New Zealand.

Can you make to order?

Yes, I am happy for you to get in touch if you see something you like but prefer a different colour, size or shape. Depending on your request you should allow between 6 and 12 weeks lead time.
